PLACING AN ORDER
No. You can place your order as a guest on www.serie-noire.com. However please note that if you place your order as a guest, you will not be able to access your purchase history.
Yes, Série Noire selects collections from partner brands at showrooms organised by these partner brands. Série Noire is an official retailer for its partner brands.
Delivery
Orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed within 12 hours. With DHL: delivery time is 24-48 hours in France, 48-72 hours for the rest of the world. With Colissimo: delivery time is 3 days in France, 3 to 10 days for the rest of the world.
Shipping rates vary according to the size, weight and destination of the package, and also according to the shipping method you have selected. Shipping rates will be indicated at checkout. Please see our price list here for full details.
If your destination address is not in the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, unless your state or country is tax-exempt. To find out more, we advise you to contact your local customs office or tax authority.
No. If your delivery address is outside the European Union, then you do not have to pay VAT. When you log in to your Série Noire account and your delivery address is outside the European Union, prices are displayed EXCLUDING VAT.
Once your order slip has been issued, you will receive a tracking link and the tracking number for your order.
Yes. If you wish to collect your order directly from Série Noire during our shop's opening hours, you can select "Click and collect" as your delivery option. In this case, you will not be charged any delivery fees. Our shop opening hours are : Monday 2pm-7pm / Tuesday-Saturday 10:30am-7pm with no breaks.
RETURNS
Returns of your order are accepted within a maximum of 14 days after the date of purchase of the product. Returned products must not have been worn. The brand and safety labels must still be attached. Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
Yes, you are responsible for any return shipping costs, but we will reimburse you for the outbound shipping costs. So in the event of a return, once the return has been received and validated by our team, we will refund the full amount of your order.
